The helmet features Arai's Complex Laminate Construction (CLC) shell with the company's exclusive Peripheral Belt reinforcement. Rather than simply absorbing impacts, the smooth, round shell is engineered to deflect impact energy wherever possible, reducing the forces transferred to the helmet and allowing the multi-density EPS liner to manage the remaining energy more effectively.
