| Returns PolicyAt Brown & Geeson we want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods you can return any item in its original condition and packaging, within 7 days of receipt for a replacement, refund or credit at our discretion. Items returned after 7 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking charge of 10%. This does not affect your statutory rights. All returned products, whatever the reason, must include a Returned Goods Authorisation number. Please contact us by telephone (+44 (0) 1268 764411), fax (+44 (0) 1268 764433) or email us (sales@b-gdirect.com) and you will be allocated a Returned Goods Authorisation number. The original postage cost is not refundable. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. We can not accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered. Road Wheels cannot be returned under any circumstances once the tyres have been fitted, these are considered a special order and therefore are not included in the above policy. Please ensure that you have read and fully understand the Care & Warranty document included with your wheel package. If we have made an error with your delivery, the goods have been damaged in transit or the product is defective, please contact us within 5 days informing us of the problem. If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. CancellationTo cancel an order, please contact us within (7) days of receiving the goods, by telephone (+44 (0) 1268 764411), fax (+44(0) 1268 764433) or email us (sales@b-gdirect.com) with your Purchase Order Number, this can be found on your order confirmation. A charge may be made if the cancellation is done after the order or a part of the order has been dispatched.
