I just wanted to comment on the excellent customer service I received from B-G, when I made an order on 12/11/10.

B-G helped me with great product knowledge & by arranging suitable delivery times to work around my own schedule (with follow on calls to confirm everything). As a result, I would not hesitate to use your company again should I require further products, or to recommend the company to others.

Its rare these days to get such good friendly customer service - and as an ex customer service manager myself.

I'm glad I bought these instead of the chrome trims. Stainless steel has a far superior finish! Good work BG!
